That same year, Jessica started her freshman year at Northrop High School, where she met Xavier, a sophomore who was busy enjoying his time running track. Just a few months into the school year, in October, they made it official as boyfriend and girlfriend—and from that moment on, they were inseparable.
Growing up together wasn’t always easy. Like any couple, they faced their share of ups and downs. But through it all, their love remained strong and unwavering. Deep down, they always knew they were meant to be.
What started as teenage love has grown into something even more beautiful. Sixteen years later, they’ve built a life together and are blessed with four amazing children—their three beautiful daughters, Katalina, Valentina, and Rosalia, and their first son, Xavier Jr.
Xavier and Jessica’s journey reached a new milestone on Jessica’s 30th “birthday”—what she thought was a celebration turned into a surprise engagement. Surrounded by family and friends, they shared a moment that felt like time stood still.
That same month, they closed on their very first home, built with love for their growing family—a place where their story continues to unfold
Let’s take it back to 2009…
It all started on MySpace. If you remember Instant Messenger—“IM-ing”—that’s where it began. Xavier and Jessica would send each other random letters like “cegowkvuakf dovofpskw wwodoxod” 😂—their own unique way of flirting at just 15 and 16 years old.
There is no Xavier without Jessica, and no Jessica without Xavier. Their love is everlasting, growing stronger with each passing year.
After 16 years of growing up together, choosing each other through every season, and building a beautiful life side by side, their love has come full circle. What began as a young, innocent connection has blossomed into a deep, unbreakable bond rooted in family, resilience, and unwavering commitment.
